✅ 1. Infrastructure Is Moving Fast
Our main entrance is now fully accessible, with roads cleared and electricity infrastructure already installed. Essential utilities such as water points and lighting systems are also being implemented as we prepare for vertical construction.
We are taking all necessary steps to ensure that every villa and glamping unit will have reliable, modern services from day one.
🏗️ 2. Construction Has Started
Foundations have been laid for several villas, including a stunning model unit already built.
These villas will feature:
Private pools
Green areas
Options from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
Spacious kitchens, dining areas, and master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
Everything is designed to blend comfort, nature, and elegance.

We’re proud to be working with local craftsmen and builders, creating real jobs and supporting families in nearby villages.
Meet Mr. Johan, one of our dedicated team members from Mamburu village. His focus on daily safety checks, proper gear, and site protocols ensures a secure work environment for all.
“Safety is our number one priority,” he shared.
“We conduct daily checks to make sure they go home safely.”

Construction continues on:
First restaurant and coworking (ready by september)
The padel and tennis courts (ready by september)
More villas and glamping units in Phase 1
As infrastructure reaches completion, our next goal is to accelerate the delivery of units and common areas — without compromising quality.
